- Making the most of your time – Prep in advance / try to be one day ahead of the menu to slow down the pace in the kitchen
Menu planning skills (1 to 1.5 hours)
- Planning good variety into your menu – balancing nutrition, taste and fun
- DIY menu review
- How to plan a menu using food in multiple ways
- How the present/ display food to look great
- What to do with leftovers
