Appointment Fees and Rebates

Our Fees

Fees vary by appointment length, service type and home visit location. Please call our reception team on 1300 971 609 to discuss which service will best suit your needs.

Our Preferred Payment Method

Our preferred payment method is via our secure payment platform called Medipass. Medipass allows easy and quick payment of invoices in a secure and convenient way via credit or debit card. You may have even used it before with other health care providers! You can also find more information about the security of Medipass here. Ask our reception team for more information.

Please note: If your child is Plan Managed under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Medipass is not required. Invoices will be sent to your Plan Manager for payment as usual.

Private Health Fund Rebates

Most private health funds provide rebates for allied health services including dietitians.

The rebate amount and claim limits will vary across the different health funds, so contact your fund to check your entitlements.

You are required to pay our FULL FEE, and you will be provided with an invoice and receipt to claim your rebate direct from your Private Health Fund provider. We hope to be able to process Private Health Fund rebates for you in the near future.

Medicare Rebates

Clients referred by their Doctor under an Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) for a chronic illness can claim a Medicare rebate for up to 5 allied health consultations per year.

You must obtain the EPC referral that includes Dietitian appointments with Kids Dig Food from your General Practitioner PRIOR to your appointment with us in order to claim a rebate.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT BULK BILL. The length and complexity of our appointments unfortunately means we are unable to provide bulk billing for our appointments.

You are required to pay our FULL FEE, and you will be provided with an invoice and receipt to claim your rebate direct from Medicare. We hope to be able to process Medicare rebates for you in the near future.
