About Kylie Walton

Accredited Practising Dietitian

Kylie Walton is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist who loves to help clients overcome the challenges of feeding kids. As a Mum of two boys she understand that knowing “how” and “what” to cook and serve isn’t always enough.

Kylie’s practice is based in an understanding that food is more than just fuel. For some families mealtimes can be a source of stress and worry about what children are or are not eating, which can have a negative impact on family life. Whilst there is often an endless stream of advice from well-meaning family, friends and social media, she believes that working together to create a strong evidence-based plan suitable for your child, family and individual circumstances is the best way to solve these worries.

Kylie has experience in managing undernutrition, tube feeding and texture modified diets and is committed to providing families with the knowledge and support to make mealtimes enjoyable for the whole family. She undertakes ongoing learning and development in the area of paediatrics and family feeding and has a special interest in supporting Neurodiverse kids and their families. If you would like some help with a weight neutral approach to managing your children’s nutrition and health, focussing on practical solutions that will meet your whole family’s needs, Kylie looks forward to meeting you.

Kylie Walton, Accredited Practising Dietitian with Kids Dig Food

“Wanting your child to eat well is such a fundamental part of parenting for many. When it’s proving challenging, the stress and concern can impact on the whole family’s day to day life. By first understanding and then addressing these concerns, I will work with your family to bring some enjoyment back to eating.”
